The atrium had a small crowd that played loud music past 10pm. Rooms overlooking to the atrium could easily hear it making a good sleep impossible

Upon entering, the staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The pool area was unsupervised. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. There was all kinds of debris floating around in it. I had to go to the front desk for towels. Breakfast was included but barely edible and only available from 6am-9am. My room was on the bottom floor near the lobby. From 7pm until 2am there was some sort of activity going on so it was impossible to sleep. There was no mention of this upon checking in. It was incredibly loud.

Requested a shower chair the very first day we were there and paid an extra hundred dollars to get her into a shower room but it took me two days to get the shower chair and Mom fell dragging down the shower curtain so I was a little upset that nobody got back with me right away. After I complained taken care of.

The staff is all very friendly, the hotel is clean, the pool area is nice, loved the corn hole boards in the lobby. The restaurant was nice, there is a live singer that has a beautiful voice. The food wasn't the best and was very expensive at the restaurant but the staff was all so nice!
