Due to staffing issues over the Labor Day weekend there was only a cold breakfast and some breakfast sandwiches to nuke. I was expecting a hot breakfast. Other than that, my stay was pleasant and the hotel was clean.

I use a walker and had great customer service. Completely accessible. Even finding your accessible rooms have lighter doors making it actually possible to open and close easily. Everyone was so understanding and helpful and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!

Overall good stay. Although full (hot) breakfast was included with the reservation, they had a note at the hotel stating that they will only serve continental breakfast due to staff shortage. There were fast food restaurants around so it wasn't too much of an issue, however it would have been useful for the guests to know about this ahead of arrival. Thank you for an overall great stay

Staff very nice. Hotel is nice overall. However, the room was not cleaned well...there was plastic next to the bed from previous stay, bathroom tub did not seem clean as slight gray from dirty feet in tub, and the worst part is the shower temp was not consistent. It would go very hot or very cold and was difficult to get a comfortable setting. It's fine for a night or 2 max.

We had a great stay while were attending Michigan Renaissance Festival. The whirlpool was great after a day of walking over 16,000 steps. We will stay here again in the future!
