Enjoyed my stay - clean room and friendly welcoming staff. Easy access to the ski lift. Would be good to know in advance what bus stop to use when I arrived in Flims to check in (I did not know to use post stop). Overall - I had a great experience and wonderful time at the hotel and at Flims!

Sehr netter, freundlicher und gut gelaunter Empfang. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Top Service! Das Zimmer wer sehr grosszügig und sauber. Einziger negativer Punkt: Frühstück war nur bis 09.30 Uhr, weshalb wir es jeweils verpassten.

Gutes Mittelklass-Hotel. Hat alles gepasst. Zimmer waren sauber, Frühstück lecker und das Personal hilfbereit und nett. Speziell Momo und sein eigentlich zu kleines Team haben einen super Job im Restaurant gemacht.

Ok Hotel for a skiing trip

Nice Hotel right on the main street to Flims. Staff was friendly and could help with all our needs. The paid parking has very small parking spaces and the mattresses were way too soft for our comfort. All in all we were happy enough with it.
