Protected by a gate, you enter a large, fully paved courtyard with parking, and a small but private swimming pool sheltered from view.
Then, we access the main room which consists of a dining room, a kitchen, a living room and the toilet. Fully equipped: television, oven, gas and electric hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, washing machine (outside access).
On the 1st floor a beautiful air-conditioned master bedroom awaits you overlooking a terrace and with a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All the beds are of high quality with orthopedic mattress, 1 of 180 x 200 and 2 of 160 x 200.
On the second floor you will find two beautiful bedrooms, one of which is air conditioned and opens onto a terrace as well as a shower room.
Household linen (fitted sheets / duvet / pillows) and hand towel is included as well as cleaning on arrival and departure and maintenance of the swimming pool.
The roof terrace is also accessible by an internal staircase.
An electric barbecue is at your disposal.
A person is at your disposal to facilitate your stay and respond to your requests.
There is no wifi (a card for your stay costs around 25 ⏠with wifi and telephone).
Please note: the connection for hot water is in progress with cwa so there is no hot water but only cold water.
