Charming renovated, comfortable and bright house with beautiful garden in the heart of an alley in Fleury sur orne.

The completely renovated house is 110 m2, offering on the first floor a single and large living room (including living room, kitchen, dining room) bathed in light thanks to large glass openings and completely open onto the terrace of 50m2.

Upstairs 1 large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 small bedroom with 2 armchair beds for children or adults (a little firm even if softened by memory foam mattress toppers). 1 bathroom with shower AND bath.

In the garden a pretty outbuilding of 25 m2 "cabin" style including a shower room and toilets, which can accommodate a couple and 1 child with a bed of 140 and a bed of 90.
