Framed by jaw-dropping mountain views from two sprawling decks, this haven offers direct access to the National Forest your gateway to hiking, biking, and off-roading thrills!
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
No parties or events are permitted without Manager approval.
There is no smoking allowed on the property.

Great property in nice area in Flagstaff. Lots of beds, large well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. There are lots of stairs so might not be best for young children. Views from the decks were beautiful. Quick ride into downtown Flagstaff. Interesting artwork around the house of the Mongollon Monster, aka AZ Sasquatch!
