The home was perfect for 4 couples. The home layout was excellent and we never felt cramped. The home felt very spacious. The weather was beautiful and only used the AC one evening (which worked beautifully). Backyard was spacious. I wish I would have noticed the side yard. We would have brought corn hole 😀. Chk in/out were very easy. As other reviews note: 5:00pm chk in is a bit too late. We were able to get an early chk in. Communication with Evolve (prop mgt co.) was a bit lacking in the beginning. It dud not impact our trip. Highly recommend this FLG home. PS the park, including a fenced and gated dog park, were fantastic.
