We enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Flagstaff takes noise complaints very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms.



For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door. It is used only to monitor occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other cameras or recording devices are present inside the home.



This property may also include a Minut noise monitoring system, which helps ensure neighborhood noise levels remain respectful. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, protecting guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $175 non-refundable pet fee.
