Private parking allows guests to walk to downtown shops, dining, hiking, NAU and a short drive to Snow Bowl. Parking is limited to one car per unit. Pets permitted by pre-approval from owners, cost is a one time fee of $35 per Dog (2 max) Sorry no cats. We are located back from the street behind a safe and secure security fence.
