In the Aveyron, on the border of the Lot and Cantal, on the heights of the village of Flagnac, this cottage will be the ideal point to discover three rich and varied departments. Also discover Conques, the boat trip on the Lot or in the middle of summer in Flagnac the sound and light show "Hier un village .." which will not leave you indifferent. Walks, visits, calm, gastronomy... will be on the agenda.

From the covered terrace, you overlook the surrounding countryside. Inside, a warm and contemporary atmosphere will invite you to relax!

Gîte/studio, on one level, on the first floor of our house, at the exit of the village. Studio (sofa, television) / kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine) / sleeping area (1 bed 140), internet/wifi access, shower room, electric heating, private covered terrace, private grounds, garden furniture, plancha, 2 deckchairs, private parking, table tennis, petanque. Heated outdoor swimming pool shared with the owners.
There is not enough space to accommodate an extra bed or a baby bed.
The total price includes the bed made on arrival, towels and dish towels (for 1 to 7 nights) and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax not included. Security deposit required.

Superbe studio

Studio bien situé pour visiter l'Aveyron, le cantal et le lot. Sylvie et Jean Marc sont adorables et plein de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement ce studio dans un endroit tranquille pour se reposer et visiter. Encore merci à vous pour votre accueil.
