Holiday apartment of about 60 m² on the first floor of a two-family house, with separate entrance, a small outdoor terrace (3 m²) and private outdoor area; The accommodation is located in a small farmhouse, 1 km from Fivizzano, in Lunigiana, on the ancient Via Francigena, in a fresh and quiet, wooded and hilly landscape in northern Tuscany and not far from the sea of Liguria. It is about 1 km from Fivizzano, 37 km from La Spezia and Lerici, 53 km from Portovenere, 54 km from the Cinque Terre, 93 km from Lucca, 95 km from Pisa, 106 km from Portofino and 161 km from Florence. Services: 0.5 km restaurant, 0.8 km shops, 1 km shops of all kinds and supermarket (Fivizzano), 22 km riding school, 6.4 km public outdoor swimming pool (Cormezzano), 29 km Campo Tennis (Aulla), 19 km Terme (Equi Terme), 27 km public indoor swimming pool (Aulla), 39 km golf course (Pontremoli), 37 km free and equipped beaches (La Spezia).
