The Anniversary Suite was great! Very comfortable. The staff was super friendly. There was even wood out by the fire pit so we can chill by a fire after all our days adventures. I will definitely come back for another stay.

We loved this old style motel .Check in and check out was friendly and informative. The location right across from the park was great. We will stay here again when we come back to this area!

Servicable option if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, but be warned that it's a very loud experience. The room had a very loud wall AC unit and also a dehumidifier that ran the whole time. It's right be the highway so turning it off and opening windows wasn't great either. Bring earplugs!

Awful stop

This was by far the worst stay we have ever had. In spite of the scant picture (don't use the pool), the place was 65 years out of date. The rooms are terribly small (think roadside motel in the 1950's) the beds are uncomfortable, sheets gray, "blanket" nothing more than a gray piece of cloth and the only TV available was ROKU. ROKU? please. In spite of the label stating no dogs, two old people checked in two doors down from us with a DOG, which she said didn't bark (not true) and they then proceeded to feed it right out in public space. The "refrigerator" was hardly useable and the chairs were 1950 style (before comfort) and one was unsafe to sit in. There are no sofas in the rooms as pictured. Overall, the place was terrible. No one should pay to stay there, ever. Shame on the owners/managers for charging vacationeers to stay there.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Penisula-Parkview Resort. I would not call it a resort, though. It was more a motel. With that said, it is impeccibly clean and comfortable. It is still 5 stars.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and informative. Location was convenient to State Park and close to multiple towns. Enjoyed riding bikes provided by facility. Owner was on site and offered assistance from accessing room to checking bicycle tires, etc. Will absolutely come back!
