"I’ve been coming to Fair Harbor with my family my entire life, staying with friends, and then renting for the past 5 years or so, and this house is by far the nicest (newest) house we’ve stayed in. There was a miscommunication with the property manager about the check-in date and so when we arrived, the house wasn’t ready for us. I contacted Steven and he came over himself from the mainland to get the house ready for us! We’re lucky we could hang at our friends’ house while we waited, and he let us know as soon as the house was ready. We understand, mistakes and miscommunications happen, and we were so impressed with how quickly it was remedied. (I almost don’t want to leave this review because I hope the house is still available for us the next time we visit Fair Harbor! 😆) Thank you, Steven! We loved it!!!"

"Absolutely loved the property... the views from the deck are breathtaking! (a bit of work to get all of your luggage and provisions to the house, but well worth it!) We are a family of 8 plus one infant and the property was plenty of room for all. Hope to make this an annual Trip :)"

"We had a wonderful time here at Atlantique. It is the perfect vacation spot for families. You have both the ocean and bay within a block of the home. The house was lovely, the beds comfortable and the home very clean. Anything you needed in terms of meal prep was at our fingertips. The Great Room, off the kitchen was stunning and the views from that room to the outside deck were truly amazing, especially at sunset! Jess, our host, was welcoming, accommodating and was always just a text away to answer us quickly. The area is suited to families and quiet times. Should you want a night out, or a shopping frenzy, the water taxi is practically outside your door to take you there. Thank you Jess for sharing your home with us. Our choice of rental was the perfect choice for us. We will be back!"

"Our second stay in Michael’s Fire Island house was as good as our first. We loved reading on the porch, sipping cocktails on the deck and (of course) the easy walk up to the beach. I don’t want a beach house with a millions bells and whistles — just a place to shower off the sand when I’m done swimming and a decent bed for sleeping. One piece of advice: Pack your bug spray."
