Two-room apartment on the first floor, comfortable and bright, in a hilly area 10 minutes by car from the center or the sea. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine and air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome!

The apartment is accessible by stairs only.

A deposit of €250 is required to be deposited in cash or by credit card for any damage to the apartment upon check-in. The refund of the cash will be made upon check-out after checking the apartment and the cancellation of the pre-authorization within 7 days of check-out.

 
The apartment has a private garage that can also be closed wherever you want to place your bikes.
