For the price point, it is an excellent room. All the necessities, and a covered pool and spa. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Made to order breakfasts off a menu! Water pressure was phenomenal and excellent showerhead.

Toilet ran on all night. Continental breakfast was unusable. Had to order from waiter who was nowhere to be found. When you found him he was terribly rude. I would have rated this hotel as a negative star hotel but this option wasn’t available. Stay away as it is disgusting.

We checked in roughly at 11:30 pm everything seemed fine so we layed down to go to bed it wasnt until roughly 3am when i woke up to make my newborn a bottle that i saw bed bugs crawling on me my husband and newborn. So we proceeded to get up and shower to get the bugs off of us and change into new cloths we started to go through our belongings which were my doona car seat and coach diaper bag. They both had bed bugs on them as they were placed close to the bed. We proceeded to check out that was when i told the front desk receptionist that we had bed bugs in our room he proceeded to say "they are just tiny bugs and there in all the rooms " which i replied that "no they are bed bug."The front desk receptionist explained he couldn't do anything as his manager wasn't in and wouldn't be in till later that afternoon. We left as we we're heading to California in the process i had to buy a new car seat and diaper bag as the ones that i got down with me because there were bedbugs and both of these items and we didn't want to track their eggs back to our home.

BEWARE! This hotel with RIP YOU OFF! The management does not work with people who have travel delays and will steal your money! We were looking for a nice hotel with a pool for the last leg of a long trip. We chose the Best Western Paradise Inn. But on the trip we were delayed through no fault of our own due to a traffic mishap which resulted in a 24-hour delay. We contacted the hotel. They would not rebook our stay for the next day and said they would charge us a full cancellation fee. We then called Expedia, who we booked the hotel with. They said it was the hotel's policy to not allow refunds, even if you were just delayed a day. We called the hotel directly and spoke with the front desk person who said he was the manager and then another person who said he was the General Manager. I asked if we could just stay 24 hours later. No, they blamed Expedia. And around and around we went. Mind you, I wanted to say, just 24 hours later. Of course the General Manager would book us another day but charge us full price. I even called Best Western corporate. They said it was this hotel's policy. So basically we ended up paying for a night's stay when we didn't even get to stay here! No apology, no flexibility. All the other hotels along our trip were fine and happy to accommodate us. So, I do not recommend booking at this hotel.

I didn't realize this was a motel, but it didn't harm the stay. Breakfast is made to order, which is cool, but the menu feels stringent; it says things like "no substitutions" and each menu option tells you exactly what you're going to get. I didn't ask, but I suspect you can only order one entree per person per morning. Drinks, however, I was able to order both coffee and a drink for my food, so it wasn't worth complaining about. The shower was... poorly designed, but passable, and there were no issues with water pressure. Bathroom ventilation was poor considering it's a motel and could easily vent directly to the outside. The surrounding area smelled like what I assume is farm life but may have been a failed sewage cleanup, though there's not much the hotel can do about that, and inside smelled fine. I notice pretty much the whole state smells that way.
