Shangri-La Fiji was an absolute joy for the entire family. The staff was so friendly, the property was spectacular, particularly the snorkling at the reed. This was our second trip to this resort. We enjoyed it so much the first time. The rooms we clean and well maintained, serviced daily. The staff were more than happy to help with anything we needed. We found that fiji time was sometimes a little extreme and service did depend on where you were and who you got. The meals throughout the resort were lovely and something for everyone. This resort has something for everyone, for those that want to sit and relax or those that want to get out and do activities.

Exceptional in every respect. Location is unbelievable, world class snorkelling in front of your rooms. Great facility. Most welcoming staff on the planet. Breakfast is incredible with huge variety and fresh food. Would go back in a heartbeat, but I may not leave.
