Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Very convenient location right at the bridge to get into the downtown core. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool and AC in room were very much appreciated due to the heat wave! The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Great place to stay in Figeac. Fantastic breakfast, perfect location, nice facilities. Right on the Chemin. Staff were great, especially Anthea who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Great beds and air conditioning.

Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well.

Un hôtel très agréable( on apprécie la Clim en cette période )avec sa terrasse au bord de la rivière qui traverse Figeac où l’on prend son petit déjeuner et déjeuner ou dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel qui propose une carte de grande qualité et savoureuse. J’y ai fait 3 repas on y est également très bien accueilli et conseillé . Un bon petit déjeuner également. Il est agréable également de se rafraîchir en été dans la piscine sur le toit. Pas de problème pour se garer même si le parking de l'hôtel est complet à certaines heures , il y’a un parking gratuit à proximité de l’hôtel. Merci à tout le personnel et direction de cet hôtel pour leur accueil et attention. Hôtel à proximité immédiate de la ville historique.

Personnels accueil, petit déjeuner et restaurant professionnels et serviables, hôtel très beau et idéalement situé, cependant, la chambre ne correspond pas à ce qui est vendu, pas de balcon, pas de « vue sur fleuve » ou alors par une espèce de meurtrière au sol à côté du lit, tarif très excessif au vue de ce qui est finalement donné.
