New house, of 80 m2 on one level. Totally independent, located on a plot of 2500 m2 in a wooded and flowery setting, bordered by a stream embellished with its frog ponds...
Very bright house, thanks to the many openings overlooking L'Uome Di Cagna and magnificent sunsets. The air-conditioned rooms will help you to endure the omnipresent sun throughout the summer.
As for the terraces, they will allow you to admire the richly starry sky while enjoying delicious grilled meats, or relaxing in the garden furniture.

In one you will find a double bed (160) with electric control and a single bed, a bathroom with a toilet, as well as a desk with Internet access.

Très belle maison malgré une petite déception sur la piscine

L'intérieur de la maison est vraiment très bien, l'espace cuisine-salon est agréable, les équipements nombreux et tout est récent. La climatisation est en plus en cas de forte chaleur. La terrasse est sympa (malgré les guêpes souvent présentes) avec la vue sur le jardin et les montagnes. Le défaut est la piscine qui n'est pas au pied de la terrasse et juste à côté des propriétaires ce qui nous a retenu d'y aller souvent. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et donnent des bons conseils sur les choses à faire dans la région. Globalement un bon séjour sans problème.

Bon accueil et bonne communication .Le petit moins : propriétaires sur place.

Bon accueil mais propriétaires sur place et donc pas libres de faire comme chez soi surtout pour la piscine, sonner la cloche et attendre l'autorisation des propriétaires pour se baigner. Je conseillerai plutôt à Yaka et François de faire chambres d'hôtes car très gentils et communicatifs....

Magnifique maison spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable, idéalement située pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Yana et François et nos filles ont particulièrement apprécié le jardin.

Belle maison très bien située avec vue sur l’Omu Di Cagna. Terrasse superbe ! La maison est très bien équipée et le jardin est fabuleux ! Nos petits enfants ont particulièrement adorés les nombreuses tortues chouchoutées par les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons dans cette maison sans hésitation. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in strategisch guter Lage

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Terrasse und einem herrlichen Blumen reichen Garten. Sehr nette hervorragend Deutsch sprechende Vermieter, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tips zur Verfügung stehen. Goldige Schildkröten auf dem großen Grundstück, von denen sich unsere Tochter kaum mehr trennen wollte. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche sehr schöne Strände, die nicht überlaufen sind und beim Schnorcheln den Fischreichtum entdecken lassen und abends unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge bieten. Das sehenswerte Bonifacio ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Binnen 1 Stunde ist man mitten in den Bergen, wo man nach einer schönen Wanderung in die ein oder andere erfrischende tiefe Badegumpe springen kann. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gemütlich und charmant eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick und herrlichem Garten!

Wir haben gemeinsam mit unseren drei Kindern eine tolle Zeit in dem komplett ausgestatteten Haus verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter Yana und Francois waren ausgesprochen entzückend und haben uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Sie sind auch sehr kinderliebend und hilfsbereit. Im Haus ist alles zu finden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist einfach wunderschön, Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, weil naturbelassene Strände und weitere Ausflugziele in naher Umgebung sind. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Grosszügiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge

Sehr schönes, grosses Haus mit toller, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Der Garten ist herrlich bepflanzt und weitläufig, der Blick in die Berge wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, kinder- /hundelieb und unaufdringlich, sprechen hervorragend deutsch und geben super Ausflugstipps. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (4 und1) und 1 Labradormix. Für Kleinkinder ist die offene Wendeltreppe eine Gefahrenquelle und das Kinderzimmer evtl. etwas zu weit weg, da es sich im hinteren Teil des Erdgeschosses befindet. Das Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich oben auf der Galerie mit tollem Panoramafenster mit Blick in die Berge. Es ist also zum Wohn/Essraum hin kein abgeschlossener Raum. Ein Kinderstuhl ist nicht vorhanden, aber ein Babyreisebett. Der Garten ist nicht komplett umzäunt, man sollte also eine Schleppleine für den Hund mitnehmen. Man sollte wissen, dass die Vermieter am anderen Ende des Gartens in einem Wohnwagen leben und das Wohnhaus im Winter selbst zum Wohnen nutzen. Unter dem Ferienhaus befindet sich noch ein Appartement, welches die Vermieter selbst nutzen oder an Bekannte/Verwandte vermieten. Neben dem Wohnhaus schliesst noch direkt ein weiteres, kleineres Ferienhaus an. Der Garten wird zum Teil von den Vermietern bewirtschaftet, es gibt Hühner und direkt am Ferienhaus Schildkröten, was für unsere grosse Tochter das Highlight war. Es gibt eine Schaukel im Garten und in der Nähe des Wohnwagens einen Teich und Bach mit vielen Fröschen, Fischen und z.T. Wasserschildkröten. Man kann mit einer Schaukel über den Teich schwingen. Die Vermieter haben eine Malteserhündin namens "Baby", die uns fast jeden Tag besucht u viel Zeit bei uns verbracht hat. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Zuletzt gibt es noch eine weisse Katze mit einem blauen und einem grünen Auge, welche sich gern streicheln lässt. Man sollte sich also darauf einstellen, dass sich häufiger mal diverse Leute und auch Nachbarshunde im Garten aufhalten und man diesen nicht allein zur Verfügung hat. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 2,5 km weit weg, das Meer 15-20min.. Nahezu an allen Stränden ist das Mitbringen von Hunden erlaubt. Die Korsen sind sehr hundefreundlich und es gibt dort viele Hunde. Zum Flughafen in Figari ist es nicht weit, da aber wenig Flugzeuge tagsüber fliegen, stört der Fluglärm kaum. Ein Restaurant ist zu Fuss zu erreichen, eine Auberge, wo es auch mittags ein Menue gibt, ist in 500m Entfernung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, würden das Haus wieder buchen. Merci beaucoup!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, sehr nette, sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar sind für Ratschläge und Tips und auch sehr kinderlieb sind. Wir haben uns sehr gut mit ihnen verstanden. Sie sprechen übrigens auch gut deutsch. Genaueres zum Haus: Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, dafür waren wir dankbar, denn während unseres Aufenthalts gab es einen Hitzerekord (2-3 Tage über 40°); Ausstattung wie angegeben mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, grosser neuer Kühlschrank, WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht, grosser Garten, schön bepflanzt. Schönes Bad mit guter Dusche, Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder, im Stockbett könnten auch 4 Kinder schlafen, da es sehr breit ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist zwar nicht direkt am Meer, aber trotzdem ziemlich praktisch, da es unterhalb einer Strasse liegt, die in verschiedene Richtungen führt. So kommt man ziemlich schnell ans Meer (ca. 15min), nach Porto Vecchio, nach Bonifacio oder ins Landesinnere. Für Leute, die mit dem Flugzeug in Figari ankommen, liegt es natürlich sowieso ideal. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden den Garten mit Schaukeln, die (Baby-)Schildkröten toll, aber auch den kleinen weissen Hund und die Katze. Weitere Tips: Kleiner Supermarkt (Spar) in Figari hat sogar ziemlich viel Auswahl, Restaurants gibt es auch genug. Ganz in der Nähe z.B. Pozzo di Mastri: sehr schön gemachte Anlage, vergleichsweise eher teuer (ca. 50.-/Person), aber für komplettes Menü mit Wein. Es gibt dort nur ein Menu (also keine Karte mit Auswahl), aber das Essen war hervorragend und ich wurde auch als Vegetarierin ohne Probleme extra bekocht - empfehlenswert. Insgesamt: Wir waren das erste Mal auf Korsika und die Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen - wir werden wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser in verschiedenen Ländern getestet und dieses war eines der besten, nicht zuletzt wegen des netten Kontakts zu den Gastgebern...

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben im Juni eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig, bietet notwendigen Komfort, vor allem die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze sehr angenehm, Wlan funktionierte sehr gut, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Terrasse konnten wir genießen, mit Blick in den blühenden Garten, im Hintergrund Berge. Die Schildkröten direkt unterhalb der Terrasse fütterten wir gerne mit Salat. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Location à conseiller

Location très agréable, centrale (en extrême sud Corse), au calme et bien aménagée...On s'y sent comme chez soi. Jardin vert, fleuri avec tortues, lapin, poules et une balançoire pour le bonheur des enfants. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très gentils, très disponibles (si besoin) mais très discrets (ils logent tout au fond du terrain). Merci à eux...

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et au calme.

C'était un excellent séjour à l'Ipomée. La maison correspond bien au descriptif. Nos "grands" enfants ont aimé les animaux du jardin. Les propriétaires sont disponibles tout en étant discrets. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu de bons conseils pour nous guider dans la découverte de la Corse du sud. Nous sommes enchantés. Nous avons adoré les rivières naturelles du Cavu, les plages de sable blanc , les fonds transparents, le sentier de la tour d'Olmeto mais aussi l 'accès rapide à la baie de Figari pour la planche à voile. Nous reviendrons.

Wonderful House, Great Hosts!

We are a family of 2 adults, 2 teenaged girls and a nine year old boy. We arrived at the house very late at night, yet Yana was there to guide us through the house and make sure we got everything we need. Throughout the week, Yana and Francois helped us with great tips on where to go and what to see, and pampered us with home grown products from their garden. House is very quiet, clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Surrounding is magnificent with great views and good air. Figari, which is two minutes away by car, is a nice village with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and even 2 good wineries! It's also a great base for touring South Corsica, which we did and enjoyed every moment of it. Highly recommended for everybody. Thank you Yana!

Tout simplement parfait

Nous avons passé 11 jours à l'ipomé Très bien située pour visiter les différents points d'intérêts géographique du sud Corse,il est très agréable après une journée bien chargée de pouvoir décompresser au frais dans cette maison neuve et bien équipée. Mon fils et ma femme ont adoré pouvoir aller nourrir les tortues terrestre dans leur enclos en contrebas de la terrasse.(le point négatif étant qu'il va faloir maintenant que je trouve une ou deux tortue afin de les installer dans notre jardin. Lol) Et le petit plus qui a son importance,les propriétaires sont adorables et ne sont pas avares de petits gestes agréable et de bon conseils pour vous faire connaître leur iles. Erholung - Genuss - Sehnsucht zum Wiederkommen

Korsika ist eine Reise wert und wenn man dann noch auf so ein schönes Ferienhaus und solche lieben Vermieter trifft, dann kann der Urlaub nur noch schön werden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt - wir wuden gut betreut, bekamen Vorschläge für Unternehmungen und Tipps für tolle ruhige Strände. Die Vermieter wohnen ganz in der Nähe und sind immer ansprechbar aber man ist trotzdem für sich und bemerkt sie nur, wenn man auch will. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, im Haus genauso wie im Außenbereich. Obwohl Korsika ein Traum ist, sind wir auch mehrere Tage am Ferienhaus geblieben und haben die Ruhe, den Ausblick von der Terrasse und auch das Haus genossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und hoffen sehr auf ein Wiedersehen

Conforme à la description. La location est idéalement située pour visiter la Corse du sud près de petites criques très peu fréquentées par les touristes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette très belle maison avec une vue magnifique. Elle est très propre et très bien équipée avec une jolie terrasse et sa vue panoramique. L'accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux avec des attentions adorables et de très bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Agréables vacances a l'ipomée ''loin de la ville''

Yana et Francois, les propriétaires, sont très sympathiques et vous donneront de bon conseils pour votre séjour. Le logement Ipomée (passé 2 semaines) est agréable, spacieux et Climatisé ! indispensable quand vous voulez passer de bonnes nuits alors qu'il a fait 40° en journée. Par contre le logement Kalistemon (passé 1 semaine) juste a coté est également climatisé mais plus petit, il manque dans ce dernier des volets sur 2 fenêtres hautes non accessibles du séjour/cuisine cathédrale, la lumière réveille tôt le matin la ou les personnes qui y dorment. Plusieurs emplacements pour se garer (même avec une remorque moto ou bateau), une terrasse avec vue sur la campagne et la montagne avec un barbecue a Gaz, c'est top ! L’étoile manquante c'est pour la maison en construction juste a coté (bruits engins, outillages et vis a vis coté terrasse a partir de 9H) c'est normalement passager. Les 5 étoiles au prochain séjour quand tout sera terminé. Nous recommandons pour une visite de la corse coté ''sauvage'', dépaysement assuré.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Freundliche,nette Vermieter,die uns hilfreicheTipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gaben.Gut ausgestattete Küche.Sauber.Schöne Terasse mit Gasgrill. Die wunderbaren Strände im Süden,La Testa,Rondinara usw. sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Super séjour sur Figari

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis qu est le sud de la Corse . Des plages inoubliables, une beauté à vous couper le souffle.Bien sûr, les propriétaires étaient pour beaucoup à cette belle aventure.Nous n aurions jamais trouvé les petits coins de paradis tout seul ni les bonnes adresses pour la gastronomie et le bon vin.Merci François et Yana ( ils sont branchés bio à 100% :-) pour info....) . La location est à qques minutes seulement de l aéroport ce qui est génial. Atterrissage à 7h30 le dimanche matin avec Volotea et à 7h45 nous étions dans notre location en train de prendre le café avec eux!! Que du bonheur.La location était propre et bien entretenue. L espace extérieur est énorme.35 ares de terrain avec au fond du jardin un univers à découvrir .... des tortues d eau, des oiseaux étranges, des libellules de toutes les couleurs, des chevaux ... le tout couché dans de confortables hamacs.Pour les enfants vous aurez une belle et grande balançoire, un bac a sable et vous aurez l œil sur eux depuis l appartement ou la terrasse.Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour et cela nous tarde d y retourner. Nous recommandons cette location à tous les amoureux de la nature . Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio , des villes magnifiques et pittoresques ,ne sont qu à 15km env.Si vous deviez vous y rendre , n oubliez pas de demander à François comment arriver à la rivière "sauvage" qui est de toute beauté pour des baignades inédites ( env 45mn). Vous l aurez compris, on a énormément apprécié ces 2 semaines et on à hâte de revoir les propriétaires qui ont su nous mettre à l aise et nous guider tout au lond de notre parcours
