Holiday home with large garden and pool

Via a bumpy side road you arrive at the gate of the Villa Brigantine domain. The site is no less than 5000 m² and the garden has different levels, with the forest at the lowest level. In the driveway you will find parking for several cars in the shade of the tall trees. The garages are closed for use. Figanieres is known for its beautiful nature and peaceful atmosphere. It is surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards and offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The village is also home to a number of cozy restaurants and cafes. In the Figanieres area you can enjoy numerous outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling and horse riding. The beautiful swimming pool with surrounding terrace immediately catches the eye. Optionally and on request, it can be heated outside the months of July and August for 150 euros per week. There is a large walk-in beach and a center circle with low tide where you can sit together. There are sun loungers around the pool and you will also find an outdoor shower. The garden is accessible via a staircase and the pool terrace is closed off from the terrace of the house with a fence; safe for the smaller children! The spacious terrace of the house offers a beautiful view of the lower garden and the surrounding area. A wooden garden set with 6 chairs allows long dining on warm summer evenings and a large parasol provides the necessary shade during hot summer days. The patio door takes you directly into the living room: a large open space with cozy seating area and fireplace. A modern kitchen was chosen with a dining table, plenty of storage space and a long kitchen worktop. The master bedroom offers access to the terrace and swimming pool and has plenty of light. The other bedrooms are located upstairs and are equipped with a lot of comfort. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
