The apartment is an ideal starting point for nature lovers: the swimming lake "Völser Weiher" is about 9 minutes away by car (4.4 km). Several hiking trails and nature parks are also nearby, including the Völser Weiher hiking trail and the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park. Winter sports enthusiasts can reach the "Seiser Alm" ski station in about 7 minutes by car. Other ski areas such as "Seceda" are about 63 minutes away by car (35.2 km). The nearest airport is Innsbruck, about 118 km away and reachable in around 1 hour and 45 minutes by car.
