The property was difficult to get to - road conditions are not good. Upon arrival no one answered the door so we were forced to stay in our car that evening because we could not find another hotel. We called and called and tried knocking on door etc. very bad service. We have requested a refund and have not heard back.

A eclectic rural property with family at its heart. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. If you like off grid then this is the place! Car is a must for seeing the delights of Orvetio.
