Visit i January 2026: Location 5, Serkan, Hasan and Arman 5, Breakfast 5, rooms 1. Will never come back to this cave. Parking listed as available-closed, furniture black with pilled off paint, in the rooms no space for third suitcase, bathrooms outdated and leaking everywhere, and worst: bed bugs. I’m wondering how they get three stars…

The hotel is right in front of the beach and they have beach chairs and parasols free of charge for hotel guests! The hotel breakfast is also delicious!

Good Value.

Great location, beach in front of hotel with complimentary sunbeds has its own car park and breakfast is served with a slight difference each day. Not suitable for less mobile people as there is no lift.

I stayed 5 nights in a sea view balcony room. Amazing view from the balcony! There are a few quirks with this hotel. As other reviews may have mentioned, there is no elevator(lift) so be prepared to be going up and down stairs for the duration of the stay. And at night this will likely be in the dark since the stairways are not lit (at least not during my stay). The hallways are lit with motion detected lights but they go off as soon as you enter the stairway. There is a popular restaurant attached to the hotel that features a live band several nights a week. If you are in the sea view room then you'll hear the band until close to midnight, so if you're an early to bed kind of person you might want to keep this in mind. Other than this, the hotel was mostly quiet. The safe in my room did not work, apparently a previous guest left it locked and the hotel didn't have a key to open it. The breakfast at this hotel - great! So much food, no way I could eat it all. Really good staff at the restaurant, especially Hasan who was very kind to me. Also many other dining options near the hotel. I would stay there again despite the quirks.

Lovely stay

Got a seafront room, it was a real seafront as shown in the pictures. Very close to the the sea where you can clearly hear the sound of the waves. Breakfast is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel is located across the beach with nice and relaxing view. However the rooms are very small, they don't reflected the real size that is showed on the website. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location is great, right at the beach. Some nice restaurants and bars around. Staff was cordial and responsive as well. Cons: Bed is extremely UNCOMFORTABLE The bathroom is super small and the shower is meant for a little human.

We had a wonderful time this place! We especially enjoyed the restaurant. The food was always amazing perfect and the wait staff are also friendly and helpful! We had a Seaview with a balcony and that was also amazing. We loved our stay at this hotel in Calis Beach!
