The staff were easily the most welcoming and accommodating I’ve experienced in a long time. They were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. I was welcomed with a bouquet of flowers and treated with total consideration. The room was comfortable and large and of good value. The food was excellent. The property has sweeping views. I stayed in their premium room with a private balcony which connects to a semi-private pool. The view from this hotel is also excellent. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff esp Sevgi is amazingly helpful and nice.

Beautiful stay

A really comfortable and beautiful stay. The hotel had the most amazing view from our bedroom, and i think from every room as well overlooking the mountains and the sea. The staff were super friendly and kind, and they were always willing to help.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

The hotel has a breathtaking view and infinity pool. The gym is decent. The spa is great. Food is really good. There is lots to do. Every single person of the staff is incredibly nice and super friendly. They are really putting an effort on everything they do. Love this place and their workers.

Been coming to Turkey 20yrs this is a brand new hotel only open less than a week, one of the best I have stayed in Turkey . Comfortable clean rooms are fab, with tea making facilities plus everything you need, large flatscreenTV english programs 🙏, excellent staff, nice buffet breakfast. Sadly not much to do at night at hotel except eat/drink and not much choice or menu but they did provide a nice buffet style dinner in the night ….but then again only opened a week ago and still setting up? Located high on a beautiful pine clad mountain with fantastic scenery/views. You will need a taxi/dolmus bus to get most places but small price to pay for a beautiful peaceful retreat.

We have bought room with jakuzi, and planned our holiday and go to hotel , first the room key didn't worked,and the young belboy told us he will replace immediately and gone we waited long no one came and we go back to reception and he said he forgot us, we went dinner and came midnight back and we noticed jakuzi not working only cold water comes, and said the guy he said nothing to , i said how comes we pay almost 50 percent more for jakuzi room. And the room was smelling so bad, he said they cleaned and left the floor wet thats why this smeel comes. There was not hot water in lavatory too, and no hair dryer, and there was nothing like blanked, we call reception it was cold they bring one single person blanked at 01.40 in the night , there 2 small was water but no glass , All in all it was horrible experience, don't waste your time and money, they ony give you good breakfast and too many lies and much stress ,

Nice hotel, room was nice and big and it was super clean. The internet was awful, which we needed in our room for work. They kept saying there was no problem but we just couldn't connect. Chatted with other guests who had the same experience. I think it's a Ramada thing because we stayed at the Ramada in Dalaman the following night and it was the exact same issue. Not a good thing when people need internet for travel and working. Do better Ramada.

The hotel itself is up a very steep hill so be prepared for the walk if you decided to use the bus to get into Hisaronu and Oludeniz. The hotel itself is very pleasant, lovely views and generally clean. It needs a bit of work done around the edges but overall maintained as best as possible. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean towels everyday. The food isn’t the best, same with some of the entertainment acts at night which means a lot of guests leave the hotel at night rather than staying in. The price of food and drink in the hotel is very expensive. Prices only displayed in £. The pool and spa services are great. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bus service ran twice a day to a hotel owned beach down in Oludeniz which we found great. Overall an okay stay but due to the prices in the hotel and the surrounding areas, I probably wouldn’t come back to this area of Turkey.

Ramada bu binayı yeni devir almış gibi hissettik. Bildiğimiz standart kalitesini burada pek hissedemedik. Bayram dolayısıyla ödediğimiz miktarın biraz fazla olduğunu ve karşılığını alamadığımız bir tatil oldu. Odalar ufak, eşyalar az bakımlı. Swim up odayı alırken havuzun odaya ait gibi olduğunu görüyorsunuz ama değil. 7 oda 1 havuz kullanıyor. Odanızın balkonu çok dar ve diğer odalarla aranızda sadece eski ahşap paravanlar var. Duşta sıcak su çok zayıf geliyor. Bunlar haricinde manzara mükemmel. Açık büfe kahvaltı idare eder. Vale hizmeti yok. Otopark problemi var. Menü abartı ücretlerle dolu, minibar ücretlendirmeleri abartı.

Hotels.com da check-in saati 12:00 görünüyordu, biz de o saatte otele vardık ancak check-in saatinin 14:00 olduğunu söylediler ve bizi o saate kadar beklettiler. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda yeteri kadar temiz değildi. Banyoda duvara yapışmış saçlar vardı. 2 gün sonra oda temizliği istedik, çarşaflar bile değiştirilmedi. Banyo üstünkörü temizlenmişti, yedek tuvalet kağıdı verilmedi. Sifon arızalıydı, ya geç doluyordu ya hiç dolmuyordu. Duşta akan suyun debisi de oldukça azdı. Duştayken elektrik kesildi, duştan çıkıp resepsiyonu aramak zorunda kaldık. Oda kaldığımız süre boyunca rutubet kokuyordu ve içerde nemli pis bir hava vardı. Duvar kağıtları rutubetten dolayı şişmişti. Bütün bu problemleri anlatmak için resepsiyona gittiğimizde terslendik, Berk isimli çalışandan bu olayları problem haline getirmeyin gibi bir cevap aldık. Kendisi hiçbir şekilde güleryüz veya anlayış göstermedi, hep kendini savunmacı bir tondaydı. Tonlarca para ödeyip mağdur kalan biz değilmişiz ve suçlu bizmişiz gibi davranıldı. Çalışanlar çok deneyimsizdi ve profesyonellikten uzaktı. Kahvaltı saati biraz geçmişti ve makineden arıtma içme suyu alırken izin vermeyip para almaya kalkıştılar. Menüdeki tüm yiyecek ve içecekler Euro ile fiyatlandırılmıştı. Normal fiyatların yaklaşık 1.5-2 katıydı. Biz bu oteli zincir otel olmasından dolayı kalitesine güvenerek tercih ettik, fakat pansiyondan farksızdı. Bir daha önünden bile geçmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Gerek manzara gerek sakinlik bakımından çok beğendiğim bi yer oldu. Jakuzili oda tercih etmiştik. Beğendik gayet iyiydi mazarası da. Sadece her gün yerler silinmiyor ve lekeler vardı. Onun dışında manzarasını sakinliğini huzurluğuna bayıldım. Tekrar giderim. Çalışanlar çok tatlı ve aşırı aşırı ilgili, ve samimilerdi. Eşim tatil sırasında ayağını sakatladı. Otel müdürü çok ilgilendi durumla. Özellikle Atalay Beye ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederim, süreç öncesinde ve sonrasında çok yardımcıydı, çok sıcakkanlıydı. Sırf çalışanlar için bile tekrar gidilir.

very disappointing experience!!! hotel rooms are very old and smelly, not maintained at all. the picture of standard land view room is not what you get at the hotel. the room is very small and not the same at all as it was in the picture. i complained to the reception and they said it is the mistake of hotel.com for placing the wrong picture on their website. the staff was very indifferent and didnt even try to help. in the middle of the night the electricity in the room went off completely and didn't get back till next day check out time . the overall experience is bad. i assume hotels.com should compensate our bad experience for placing the wrong photo of the standard land view room
