Fantastic, warm, comfortable, beautiful staff

I loved my stay here and the receptionist was a very helpful and nice friendly lady. I would highly recommend everyone to come stay and see for yourself. All the staff were helpful. The location was perfect right on the beach. The bed was so comfy. I hotel is like near new standard. Breakfast included was a big bonus. I will definitately stay again. Thankyou.

Beach is just steps away from the hotel. Parking is available and free. As a downside, our room is very small, I wish it is a little larger and have a place to put our suitcases. Pool is nice and clean. Breakfast is good, and they are offering traditional Turkish breakfast items as well as some fruits.

Good location but very poor cleanliness

This is a hotel that looks nice from the outside but unfortunately does not have the same standard inside. The staff were very helpful and the location is great. However, the bed linen was poor, on arrival my daughters bed had stained blood on it. The bedding was like an old tea towel. There was an option of a light duvet in the wardrobe but no covers. The sink was only cleaned once in 10 days, the pool area was tired and dirty, and not cleaned at all in the 10 days we were there and the sunbeds are old and stained. The best thing was the bar staff who couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I don't like leaving a poor review but this hotel could make some small changes which would make all the difference.

No lift, horrible bathroom, old and dirty and small. Sheets aren’t clean and they clean it every 3 days so when I asked they didn’t change it until next day I complained to receptionist. Fridge in our room didn’t work and all night make noise. Room too small we even couldn’t open our bags.not a great experience won’t recommend it at all.

There were good things and bad. Good were the friendly staff. Bad was the service which was bit hit and miss. We arrived after midnight and were shown to the wrong room, which was tiny. The thought of staying in it for two weeks was depressing. Rather than settle in we decided to go out (at 1:00 am). Thankfully when we returned the mistake has been rectified ..... but it was a worrying start. We’d recommend, if you can stretch to it, to book the superior as the standard room is really small. The cost was really reasonable so we were able to stretch to the additional. But there were some problems with the room. We reported a broken shower and a flickering light, but nothing happened so we just did a bodge repair on the shower and kept the light off. The room wasn’t very clean, there was a used ashtray on the balcony table the floor was dirty and there were hairs in the bathroom. The cleaning schedule was inconsistent, but we found where supplies were kept and bought a couple of cleaning cloths and got on with it ourselves. Our balcony overlooked the stage area where a guitarist played the same set, every night for the first ten days … this would have been OK but his act started at 6:00 pm ..... just at the time we’d have liked to have a little nap before going out. Oh well! On the plus side, when I asked for an extra blanket it arrived at my room within 5 minutes. The guy that ran the bar and looked after the breakfasts was really helpful and attentive.

Checking out you cant leave your bags anywhere ...

Arrived to a room which was air conditioned basic clean bed --very small safe- comfy bed - modern shower and room - warm water always - powerful shower - terrible pillows uncomfortable - A/C fridge and kettle included. Right on the beach - basic breakfast - bread and jam and cheese etc - one problem i would say is we asked can we leave our bags unitl we were taking our taxi that evening and they said no .... and were kind of rude about it - cleaners could scrub the shower doors a bit better water stains all over it -the guy at the bar had great english and had good craic with us -the guy serving the food was nice but rarely spoke. Overall nice but the leaving the suitcases part ruined it as they could have been a bit nicer about it.

Der Empfang war super von Frau Sadike. Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Frühstück war gut aber es wer besser wen man die Sachen kühlen würden. Reinigungspersonal macht nur das Bett und wechselt die Handtücher sonst Nix. Im Restaurant sind die Preise viel zu hoch aber das liegt wahrscheinlich dran das im çalış Beach alle Restaurant brutal teuer sind. Der Strand gehört nicht zum Hotel wird von einer Hunde Tierheim Organisation betrieben für guten Zweck aber leider ist der Strand sehr vermüllt. Alles im Ganzen kann von 5 Sternen würde ich 3,5
