Hotels.com needs better Customer Service

Hotel was comfortable in a good location. Hot water with ok WiFi. Hotels.com charged my card and the owner said he was not paid. So I also paid cash. Hotels.com has horrible Customer service, can’t contact a human, and virtual agent is no assistance.

Host is great, you have to realize the area is in old town not accessible to cars, find a guy to carry your luggage. The host was so kind to walk with us to the restaurant where we had a reservation. Very friendly people.
