We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Fes. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good. I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this. The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out

Convenient Hotel

The staff are wonderful and very professional. The location of this Ibis is ideal. It is a short walk to the Royal Palace and after that the old city is close by. I liked the hotel’s pool area as well.

The service and staff were good. However, the room needs improvement. The fittings are mostly old, the shower is very small and uncomfortable, and the room itself is very small with hardly any space to move or work. The working space shown in the pictures is misleading—in reality it is very tight and uncomfortable. Either the room quality needs to be improved or the price should be lower to match the condition.
