Enjoy true peace in the heart of Portugal, in this charming little house with a wonderful view over the Zêzere River, on the Castelo de Bode reservoir. Wake up with the sun rising over the river, to the sound of birdsong. If you enjoy being close to nature, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, you're in the right place! The small village of Cardal is located in the mountains on the banks of the enormous Castelo de Bode reservoir, 1.4 km from the Bairradinha River Beach and a 12-minute drive from Ferreira do Zêzere or 20 minutes from the Templar city of Tomar where you can enjoy the local heritage and gastronomy. Within a 30-minute drive, you'll find several river beaches and water sports centers for wakeboarding, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, etc., or you can even venture a little further and discover the charming walkways of Penedo Furado with its waterfalls and river beach. The house is well-equipped for a comfortable stay and has a wood-burning stove for heating on colder days. We have a small Wi-Fi router/hotspot and a smart TV. Come relax and discover this beautiful area of ​​Portugal; we're waiting for you.
