Nestled in the Byron Hinterland along Cosy Creek, this renovated farmhouse offers three spacious bedrooms, a magnesium pool, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a piano room for quiet evenings in.

Wander to the creek for a picnic, watch the resident chickens roam, or simply relax across 7 hectares of rolling green hills.

Just 25 minutes from Byron Bay and 15 minutes from Bangalow, this is a true hinterland escape for families and groups.

The Farmhouse is designed for both togetherness and quiet retreat. The main bedroom has its own living room and a fireplace for cosy winter nights, alongside a dedicated yoga space and a loft office, ideal for a slower morning or getting a little work done with a view.

Two further bedrooms suit families or groups of friends perfectly: one with a comfortable double bed, the other configured with two single beds, ideal for kids or additional guests.

A piano and reading room offers a cosy spot to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, whether it`s a quick breakfast or a proper family dinner.

Outside, alfresco dining awaits by the magnesium pool, with a BBQ and outdoor fire pit for evenings under the stars. A short stroll takes you down to Cosy Creek, where a picnic table sits waiting for a relaxed lunch by the water.

True to farm-style living, the property is home to a flock of chickens, and guests are welcomed with a selection of tea, coffee, organic oats, and fresh eggs to start their stay.

The land is also part of a rich natural habitat, home to native wildlife from birdlife and kangaroos to the creek`s own aquatic life, a true reflection of everything the Byron Hinterland has to offer.

During your stay, you`ll have exclusive access to the Farmhouse via a lockbox for easy, flexible self check-in, no need to coordinate a meeting time. Parking is available on-site, with space for up to 3 cars.

The Cottage, our second listing, sits right next door to the Farmhouse. We invite guests to check the property`s land plan for a clear picture of the layout before arrival. The owners of the land also resides on the same property, separate from the Farmhouse itself.

Please note that access to Cosy Creek is shared across the different listings on the property, so you may cross paths with other guests enjoying the creek during your stay.

We`re on hand throughout your stay via message for anything you might need.

As your co-host, I`m based just 10 minutes away, so support is always close by if anything comes up.

While the owners of the land resides on the property, we value your privacy and won`t intrude on your stay, though a friendly hello by Cosy Creek is always welcome, should you cross paths.

Pets are not permitted, in order to protect the property`s natural wildlife.

Children must be supervised at all times while on the property, including around the pool and by the creek. We decline any responsibility for injury, loss, or accident arising from use of these areas.

A strict noise policy applies and parties are not permitted, fees and eviction may apply for security call-outs.

No events are permitted, including hens` or bucks` parties, engagements, or weddings. Intimate gatherings, and photo or video shoots, may be arranged by contacting the Host in advance (T&Cs apply).

No Schoolies or school-leaver bookings. No smoking inside the property.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with these conditions. Breaches during a stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
