Clean and comfortable hotel. Very convenient to get to from the airport and helpful staff. We didn’t have time to explore , but the breakfast area seemed really nice and they have a gym.

Receptionists are perfect. They did everything they can do to make my stay pleasant. Good for the price. The only problem was I could not get an iron on the day I was supposed to talk (I traveled across countries to talk at that event so it was unpleasant and inconvenient.)

Rooms are nice. Staff is a little laid back and sometimes a little slow. Bathroom layout is dangerous with tub opening on a slant and half glass door that's in the way and not very functional. Towel warmer did not work. Loud water noise from adjacent room. Great on-site dining options.

The hotel is well equipped for a work traveler and the decor is clean and modern. Although there are some restaurants and eateries in the area (5-10 minutes walk), there is also a decent restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was good but a pit pricy... maybe ok for Geneva rates. This is a quiet but accessible neighborhood... main bus stops are 3-5 minutes walk away. The staff was very responsive, helpful, and pleasant. I had a very comfortable stay :)
