Located near a small stream, the sound of the water will lull you during your stay.
It is equipped with a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a sink with cold water (except during freezing temperatures), a microwave, and two electric burners, dishes, and cookware. A composting toilet is available.
An outdoor barbecue and a table are available.

On the estate, a shared sanitary area with 4 showers, 2 toilets, and a sink area is open 24/7. Optional:
- Wellness area (sauna and spa) upon reservation. To preserve your privacy, access to the sauna and spa is reserved for you throughout your session, with a staff member on hand to advise and guide you.
The 1.5-hour session includes a welcome, a 20-minute balneotherapy session, a 20-minute sauna, relaxation with refreshing drinks, and dressing and undressing. A minimum of 2 people per session is €22 per person. Reservations are required.

- Kota Grill, where you can dine around a fire, promises unforgettable evenings with family or friends. Maximum 10 people.
Price: €8.50/person with a minimum of €45. This price includes wood, charcoal, cookware, dishes, and a €10 cleaning fee.
Christmas and New Year's Eve: €11.50/person with a minimum of €80, cleaning fee of €15.
Meals and drinks are not provided.
