The Cottage is positioned at the edge of a wood, next to the Barn and the main House, with it´s own parking lot for 2 cars. There is a large garden with lovely roses and a lot of flowers.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and is bright and airy with a beautiful view over the garden. There is a second bedroom with its own bathroom, and a further walkthrough room with 2 single beds. The living area / kitchen on the ground floor has an Austrian Kachelofen (wood burning stove).
The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Sheets and towels are also provided.
Nearby you find lakes for swimming in summer (Ossiacher See etc), and in the winter there are skiing facilities to be reached within 25 to 45 minutes drive. (Turracher Höhe, Gerlitzen etc). There are also several golf courses within 10 to 30 minutes drive. (Moosburg, Seltenheim, Dellach etc).
Bikes can be rented and the lovely countryside provides endless opportunities for hiking.
