The rooms are spotless clean and very nicely decorated. They serve a wonderful breakfast with high quality ingredients. The food at the restaurant was also very tasty and well prepared. However, there are two problems. First they advertise the rooms having air conditioning. Only SOME rooms have air conditioning. Others (the ones in the new wing, have a what they call "cooling system". It, supposedly, cools the room without an y cold air coming from a vent or a panel. Mine did not made any difference evet turned down to the lowest level. So if air conditioning is important ask for those rooms. Second problem is the wait staff at the dinner in the restaurant. To say the least, I had one of the worst experiences in a restaurant. No greeting just "sit there" and pointing a table with empty plates and glasses. Waited for some more time to ask and get a manu. Table cleared but NOT wiped or cleaned in any way. Food arrived and just left on the table along with some utensils. Could not ask for water, desert or anything else. Just paid and left. Very good food. You are even not allowed to charge it to your room! Go there, ask for real air conditioned room, eat at the restaurant but try to find a nice server with professional attitude.
