Charming holiday home with wood-burning stoves, large garden, and modern amenities – perfect for groups.



The house spans three floors and offers six cosy bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens.



Second floor (90 m²): Spacious living and dining room with wood-burning stove and HiFi system (Bluetooth), comfortable upholstered chairs, antique furniture, and a cosy atmosphere. Two bedrooms (beds 160 cm and 140 cm), kitchen with access to the balcony.



First floor (21 m²): Bedroom with upholstered bed (180 cm), private bathroom, small kitchenette with coffee machine.



Ground floor (115 m²): Three bedrooms, each with two single beds (can be used as doubles), large kitchen, modern bathroom, entrance area with fireplace and comfortable corner sofa.



Garden (700 m², fenced, opposite the house): Plenty of space to relax. Covered 30 m² wooden terrace with wooden furniture, bar, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dishwasher, hob, gas and charcoal grill.



Extras in the garden:

– Whirlpool (up to 8 people), freshly filled and wood-heated. Sauna towels and wood included. Use of the whirlpool and fire bowl is available for an extra charge.

– Garden room in the annex with toilet, mini kitchen, and seating area – ideal as a changing room.



Included: Bed linen, towels, firewood, coffee, kitchen paper, toilet paper, and more.



Please note: Dogs are welcome. The house is not barrier-free. Children upon request (no child-friendly equipment).



In the village you will find a small shop with fresh bread and sausages as well as a restaurant. Two supermarkets are about 5 km away.
