Country House 'Son Cami' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

This modern and tastefully furnished finca with sea views is located between Felanitx and Portocolom. The center of Portocolom and many beautiful sandy beaches are only a short drive away. The finca's pool can be heated, so swimming is also possible in the cooler months.



Here you will find a living room with a cozy sofa area, the open kitchen with dining table and two exits to the very nice, large and covered terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and its own TV, one with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a comfortable shower room with a window. The living space of the house is 180 square meters.



There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one of which is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and has access to a large balcony with a view of the sea, while the other has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a TV and a small balcony. Both rooms share a spacious bathroom with bathtub. There is air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house.



On the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the sea view and spend wonderful days outdoors. It is furnished with a dining table and seating area as well as a brick barbecue. There is a small outdoor bathroom. There is a lawn between the house and the heated pool and a solar shower next to the pool. The garden of the finca is fenced and surrounded by pine trees. There is a table tennis table on a small platform.



Pool: 9 m x 4 m, depth: 110 m x 195 cm, stair access, outdoor shower. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without chlorine (except in very hot weather). The pool heating works with solar energy and can heat the water to 5 - 8 °C above the outside temperature in spring and fall.
