Villa Serena is a beautiful property with a lovely location, only 250 meters from Cala Serena beach. The property has been completely refurbished in 2019 and consists of a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with flat screen "IT" TV (all channels), a fully equipped brand new kitchen with all appliances, five double bedrooms and five bathrooms en-suite. Two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms are situated on the ground floor and the other three bedrooms, each with their en-suite bathroom, are located on the first floor and can be reached through a separate entrance. Large sliding doors lead from the living room and the kitchen to the terrace and pool area. The terrace features a large table with chairs and a Weber barbecue to enjoy delicious grilled meals "al fresco". Also here is a comfortable lounge area with umbrella, overlooking the pool. The pool is fantasy shaped and equipped with 10 comfortable sun loungers. It has a fountain which provides a soothing relaxing sound of flowing water. The garden has a green lawn with palm trees and lush vegetation that provides a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere.

Villa Serena is really lovely

Beautiful villa with excellent facilities. We had a great holiday. The only thing to mention is that we felt the pool could have been cleaned more regularly. Otherwise, perfect.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, nachdem wir alles geputzt haben. Ian, der Hausverwalter, war toll und freundlich. Es ist eine großzügige Anlage mit tollem Pool. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss (3 der 5 Zimmer sind dort) ist an der Außenseite des Hauses, was uns nicht bewusst war. Ansonsten haben wir uns mit den Eigentümern geeinigt und sind deshalb geblieben, würden aber nicht erneut diese Unterkunft nutzen.

Laute Lage bis spät in die Nacht. Schöne Finca jedoch kleiner als erwartet bzw. als auf den Bildern

Die Finca ist sehr schön jedoch kleiner als erwartet. Die Bilder vermitteln eine grössere Finca. Die Lage ist zentral und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Sehr schöne Bucht. Die Reinigung der Finca war nicht mangelhaft (Zigarettenstummel, Haare etc. lagen herum). Das Eintrittstor und der Pool funtkionierte täglich nicht und wir mussten den Hausdienst immer wieder aufbieten. Die Kaffeemaschine war zu Beginn defekt. Der Tumbler und die Nespressomaschine gemäss Beschrieb fehlte. Fazit: sehr schöne Ferien aber kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Schöne geräumige Villa in Top Lage

Haben die Villa für 1 Woche im Herbst mit 9 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) gebucht. Für uns war diese Villa perfekt. Kleine aber sehr gepflegte Bucht mit Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert auch Restaurant/Bar Maria ganz in der Nähe.
