The apartment Posidonia is located in Portocolom in the south-eastern part of the island, and it offers a compact and nicely designed accommodation for four guests (two will stay in a double bed, and two in a bunk bed). Restaurants and shops are literally on the doorstep, the Mediterranean sea is not even a minute away (50m). The quiet and picturesque port of Portocolom is Mallorca's largest natural harbor.



There are two large couches in the living room that form a corner and are standing opposite a large window front to the balcony; a large widescreen TV (satellite) is situated on the low closet. Nice sconces and a charming decorative fishing net help establishing a cozy atmosphere.

The kitchen is very individual, all white and blue; it's not only the fridge/freezer, also the completely glazed fitted kitchen sparkles in blue! Besides the refrigerator you of course will find all the other appliances that make a well-equipped kitchen, including electric cooker and oven, coffeemaker (filter), microwave, and toaster.

You have two bedrooms; the larger one has a beautiful double bed (190x150cm, with decorative head and foot pieces made from metal), has a patio door to the terrace and the same lamps at the wall, which are also to be found in the living room; the second sleeping room has a pretty bunk bed (190x90cm both above and below) made of white turned wood.

Your patio is large enough to have you enjoy an opulent dinner here, because of course it has a round wooden table and matching chairs – plus the barbecue. The railing of the terrace and also the shutters are painted blue like the kitchen furniture; you will enjoy a wide view with many palm trees and other trees.



Wi-Fi is of course available for you; sorry your pets may not come along; smoking is not permitted in the apartment Posidonia. Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment house and may be used by all residents.

10/10 Excellent

Toller Kurzurlaub und entspannte Tage an der traumhaften Bucht. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung war kaum zu toppen. 2 min bis zum Strand. Der kleine „SPAR“ Markt direkt vor der Haustür versorgte uns an Strandtagen stets mit gekühlten Getränken und meine Kids mit Eis und Obst. (Viel günstiger als in den Bars). In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und kleine Shops. Portocolom ist wirklich wunderschön! Die Klimaanlage hat die Wohnung im Hochsommer steht’s runter gekühlt, was auch nötig war. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Bad (großes Pluspunkt) Der Kontakt (über WhatsApp) mit der Vermieterin war immer freundlich. Cons: Ich habe Nichts an der Wohnung auszusetzen. Einzig was gestört hat, waren (einheimische) Urlauber, die Nachts bis in die Morgenstunden lauthals gefeiert haben obwohl dies nicht gestattet war.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt dort und wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Der Schnitt der Wohnung und die Ausstattung. Alles war sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Man ist ruckzuck am Meer oder in verschiedenen Bars/Läden. Toller Strand, imposante Klippen. Die Eigentümerin hat sich immer wieder gemeldet und war sehr besorgt um unser Wohlergehen. Cons: Es roch komisch in der Wohnung.
