Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude made us feel unwelcome from the start. This completely undermined the obvious effort the owner has put into the property. No matter how nice a place looks, without proper service it has little to offer. Our experience was very disappointing and even led us to cancel a future reservation we had already made.

Ar condicionado muito sujo, violação às normas regulatórias do turismo, o horário de check-in e check-out constitui informação essencial, não há qualquer menção, em nenhum campo, aos horários de entrada e saída, limitando-se o fornecedor a apresentar comodidades e descrição genérica da propriedade, essa a omissão viola os arts. 6º, III; 39, V; 47 e 14 do CDC; Por essa razão o checkout deveria ser 24h após a sua chegada.
