Ferienwohnung in Top Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Strandnähe - mit etwas eingeschränkten Blick auf den Yachthafen. Ein Bäcker ist fussläufig entfernt. Kleine Lädchen laden zum Stöbern ein. Die Quarkeria am Hauptparkplatz ist sehr zu empfehlen.Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings für 4 Personen recht überschaubar. Die Küche ist sehr klein und lädt nicht zum großen Kochen ein. Für uns hatte die Wohnung alles, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns jedoch komplett außerhalb verpflegt und waren tagsüber unterwegs. Für ein Verweilen mit zwei Kindern wäre es uns persönlich zu eng gewesen. Leider knatschte das Doppelbett. Für unsere Töchter (7 und 9) war das nächtigen im Hochbett ein Highlight, die Lage direkt am Bad ohne Tür etwas schwierig.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin erfolgte immer zügig. Sie war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe lief ohne Probleme.

Fehmarn

Die Lage der Wohnung ist praktisch, da nah am Strand. Mit der Agentur hatten wir keinen Kontakt, dafür mit der Vermieterin der Wohnung, die uns sehr beeindruckt hat. Eine sehr freundliche und lösungsorientierte Frau, die uns schon im Vorfeld wegen der Kurtaxe kontaktiert hat. Es war dadurch alles Wunde vorbereitet. Vielen Dank dafür, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung war super, hatte viel Charme direkt am Hafen. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Motl war hervorragend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die Dauer (2 Nächte) unseres Aufenthaltes war die Unterkunft optimal. Wenn man länger auf Fehmarn verweilen möchte, würden wir als Familie aber eine größere Wohnung buchen. Ansonsten ist es für Kinder ebenfalls ein schönes Urlaubsziel

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung

Gemütliche, ruhige Ferienwohnung. Absolut ausreichend für 2 Personen, die keine Ansprüche an ein großräumiges Domizil stellen. Ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen, um sich ein paar Tage zu versorgen, Sehr vorteilhaft zum Schlendern ist die Nähe zum Yachthafen und dem Südstrand von Burgtiefe. Abstellplatz für Auto und Fahrräder vorhanden. Ein zweiter Eingangs- und Wohnungsschlüssel wäre für Paare sehr vorteilhaft. Resümee: Alles wie beschrieben und gerne wieder.
