In the open-concept living area, you’ll find a spacious sofa arrangement, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct access to the covered loggia. Here, natural light, ocean views, and coziness come together to create your very own personal sanctuary. The modern kitchen, equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances, leaves nothing to be desired—whether it’s a dishwasher, oven, or microwave: everything is ready for your shared cooking experience. A washer and dryer round out the amenities—and thanks to the elevator, you can reach your apartment with ease.

**Sleeping**
Two separate bedrooms with cozy box-spring beds and their own TVs ensure restful nights and peaceful retreats. The large windows bring light and air into the rooms, while blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep. The decor is stylish and harmonious—perfect for relaxing. If you’d like to bring your own bedding, please note that all beds are equipped with full-length mattresses.

You can safely store your bikes in the lockable bike room—which includes a power outlet for e-bikes.
