Discover the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn from its relaxed side - in our cozy vacation apartment “Insel Koje 1” in a quiet location. The 55 m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay and is ideal for up to 3 people.



The accommodation has a bright living room, a separate bedroom (with double bed 180cm x 200 cm and an additional bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher - perfect for couples, small families or friends. Satellite TV provides entertainment, and a high chair is also available for our younger guests.



Enjoy your vacation on the terrace or use the communal barbecue area for sociable evenings in the open air. Bicycles can be stored in the large garage.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Ich fange mit den positiven Punkten an. Die Lage ist direkt am alten Ortskern von Petersdorf, ruhig im Hinterhaus mit eigener Terrasse. Fußläufig zu erreichen sind die kleine Kaffeestube (Tipp!!!), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Bäcker sowie eine Pizzeria und ein Gasthof. Entgegen der Ausschreibung funktionierte das WLAN einwandfrei.Die Wohnung selbst Potential mit viel Luft nach oben. Vor allem die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Klebrige Flächen, verkalkter Wasserkocher und Kochtöpfe (die Kaffeemaschine haben wir gar nicht erst angesehen), verschmutzten Abflüssen, Haarballen von Hunden und hochgewachsenes Unkraut auf dem Zuweg und der Terrasse. Bei knapp 100 Euro für die Endreinigung war unsere Erwartungshaltung eine andere.Unser Tipp: einmal gründlich durchputzen inkl. Fenster, fehlende Rauchmelder ersetzen, waschbare Matratzenschoner, Unkraut jäten und Sitzkissen für die Terrasse.
