The hotel is nice overall but the laundry issue where there is mounds of laundry in the hallway is excessive. Customer service is was great and the room overall was clean and unkept. It appears that they’re short staffed.

The facilities were exceptional for the cost. My only 2 complaints were the blankets were rather light and didn't provide much warmth, and there were moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. Everything else was great and I will stay there again next time I visit Fayetteville.

its not a 24hrs front desk they closes at 9pm… But we easily accessed our key thru a lock box… the room is so spacious, clean with full size appliances in the kitchen, utensils are clean. What a gem! We will definitely book again 👍
