Man was nice at check in. Room was acceptable, but not clean. TV and phone did not work, but was promptly fixed. Coffee pot was nasty. Coffee was terrible and didn’t fit the machine. Two of the three coffee bags were broken when i opened the pack. I did ask for 8 coffees for the next day, which is a lot. I was going to use two for each cup. The woman I asked was rather rude, but it was an uncommon request. She directed me to the housekeeper who was extremely nice. The next morning about 10 a man shook the door handle, the door must have not been locked because it opened. He asked if I was leaving or wanted to stay another night. He just opened the door! I carry a gun when I travel. NEVER EVER should someone bust into your room.

Air conditioner didn't work the shower hardly works the toilet my child refused to use it wasn't installed properly I paid for the room in advance and was told to check in at 3 pm Friday October 3rd 2025 and wasn't allowed to check in till well after 330 or 4 pm they said they had to cancel the room I paid for and gave me a different room and then I went to check out and they was not even close to being polite the room they gave us has electric outlet with live wires exposed and my child almost got electrocuted over all it was definitely not worth the money I spent at all

Despite having a confirmed reservation and showing it to the receptionist, she couldn’t acknowledge the email with all the details of the reservation, even with a confirmation number. She could see I had a reservation but unable to figure out how to access it, even with the help of Hotels.com staff.

This was the second-worst motel I have ever stayed in. The clothes rack fell off the wall in the middle of the night, the shower head was only 4 feet high, the bathroom mirror was hung 6 inches too low, the A/C was noisy. I reserved a non-smoking room; my room was a smokers room.This motel needs to be razed, and something useful built on the land.

This hotel stanked so bad and was so dirty it had roaches crawling around the towels in the room were filthy I asked for more n they gave me more dirty towels drug addicts cover the parking lot there are stains all over the mattresses there was poop in the toilet when I got there the air conditioning stanked so bad the hotel only has 1 iron that doesn't work
