En juillet dernier, nous avons rĂ©servĂ© une villa sur Fayence (dĂ©partement du Var) du 9 au 16 aoĂ»t dernier. La rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© validĂ©e et le montant dĂ©bitĂ© de mon compte bancaire. J'ai tentĂ© de joindre le propriĂ©taire a plusieurs reprises pour nous coordonner sur la procĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e, y compris le 9 aoĂ»t, jour oĂč nous devions prendre possession du bien. Appels restĂ©s sans rĂ©ponses. Une fois sur place, aprĂšs un long trajet parsemĂ© d'embouteillages, nous avons dĂ©couvert la villa mais celle-ci n'Ă©tait pas entretenue (jardin extĂ©rieur avec des feuilles et dĂ©chets partout, eau de la piscine toute verte avec moustiques Ă  profusion, pas de clĂ©s pour accĂ©der au logement, etc...). Bref, nous n'avons jamais pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier du logement, ce qui nous a mis dans une situation stressante, sans logement pour ma famille et moi.Nous contactons Abritel qui dĂ©cide alors de nous compliquer la vie : aucun remboursement possible, aucune solution proposĂ©e. Nous devions trouver un logement (en haute saison et au dernier moment) et Abritel prendrait en charge une partie... RĂ©ponse scandaleuse qui m'invite aujourd'hui Ă  ne plus jamais vouloir passer par cette plateforme. Entre la publicitĂ© tĂ©lĂ©visĂ©e et la rĂ©alitĂ©, il y a une Ă©norme diffĂ©rence. Je ne recommande pas !
