Staff, especially Vicki, could not do enough for us and all of the staff were very accommodating to our dog who had a treat bag waiting for her in the room. Very welcoming and helpful. The cooked breakfast was fresh and hot, and there was a great choice of pastries, fruit an cereal. The bar was well staffed and friendly. The room itself was big enough for our needs and was clean and comfortable - although the shower head could do with a clean as the water didn't flow that well, and we struggled to get hot water from the sink tap.

We were in room 40 which was set apart from the main hotel. Room was clean with a fridge, separate small Tv lounge area and a large bed with lovely views over the countryside. There was an area to sit outside and it had its own parking space (more like a chalet). Bathroom needed updating but shower was powerful and hot. Bring your own toiletries as not much supplied. Large, soft towels. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice & great coffee. The staff were all super friendly. We would definitely stay again. Good value for money.
