3 very large bedrooms, 2 of which have mezzanines that allow a capacity of 13/15 beds without being cramped.

The living room gives direct access to a beautiful south-facing terrace with views of the mountains and the ski resorts, equipped with large garden furniture and barbecue.

The terrace gives access to the heated swimming pool and the children's playground of the estate.

you will find a large bathroom with shower + bath dryer, towel dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, bath toy etc...

1 bedroom of 25 m2 + 15m2 on the mezzanine with 1 double bed 140 cm and 4 single beds with a desk to work on and many games for children.

duvets and pillows are provided for each bed.

There is no extra cleaning charge that you will have to do before your departure or you can take the cleaning fee which amounts to 150 euros.

Bed linen and towels can be rented at a rate of 15 euros per person per stay.
