Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet the standard that was advertised, and it had a significant impact on our vacation. The couch in our room was visibly dirty and stained, making it unpleasant and unhygienic to use. In addition, the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable, resulting in poor sleep throughout our stay. To make matters worse, the hotel’s restaurant was closed for the entire duration of our visit. This was a key amenity that influenced our decision to book this property, and its closure caused considerable inconvenience as we had to spend extra time and money finding alternative places to eat. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of advertised amenities meant that our stay fell well below our expectations. I would appreciate it if Expedia could investigate this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the disappointing experience. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution. Thank you for your time and attention.
