Le descriptif de l'hôtel fait par Expédia est pour l'essentiel mensonger, nous sommes des clients fidèles, mais à présent la confiance est rompue. Sur la page de présentation il y a écrit "Exceptionnel", c'est loin d'être le cas, nous avons compris que personne d'Expédia ne se déplace sur place... Vous écrivez : parking en libre-service inclus, l'hôtel se trouve sur une île où pour y accéder il faut prendre une pirogue payante, 1/2h de trajet... Vous écrivez: informations sur la chambre : salle de bain: Douche, pommeau de douche à "effet pluie", il n'y a pas l'eau courante, il faut réclamer au personnel des seaux d'eau trouble, des wc sort une odeur d'égoût qui gagne la chambre où il fait une chaleur infernale, malgré le ventilo très bruyant et inefficace, pas de vitres à la fenêtre pour empêcher la chaleur d'entrer... Vous écrivez: Petit déjeuner avec spécialités locales inclus, vous vous moquez du monde, même le personnel n'était pas au courant, seulement du Nescafé en sachet, 2 oeufs sur le plat et seulement un jour sur deux , pas de confiture, pas de chocolat, pas autre chose... Pas de télévision, rien pour se distraire, la piscine est vide, le personnel soutient qu'elle est en travaux, le village est très loin, pas de salle commune, on a que le plafond de la chambre à regarder... Le personnel est désagréable et se moque de nos remarques et ne cherche pas à nous être agréable ou simplement à nous venir en aide... Séjour horrible dû à des informations erronées ou absentes.
