Desta vez o hotel deixou muito a desejar. Quando chegamos tinha um casal reclamando. Outro casal reclamando que o quarto família estava sem lençol na cama de solteiro. Nosso quarto estava limpo, mas sem nenhum papel higiênico.. É gritante a falta de gestão do hotel. O restaurante fechado pq a cozinheira foi embora. A noite não tinha nada para comer. Tinha que sair do hotel.. Lixeiras da recepção transbordando de lixo. Lixo não foi retirando. Café da manhã quando chega estava sem reposição de tudo. O funcionário educadamente disse que estava com pouco funcionário e não estava dando conta. O hotel PRECISA URGENTE DE UMA GESTÃO PORQUE ESTÁ DESORGANIZADO COM FALTA DE FUNCIONÁRIOS. Os funcionários atendem bem, fazem o que podem. Mas ainda bem que desta vez foi só uma noite

Estadia barata que não vale o custo x benefício

Estávamos em duas pessoas em viagem a trabalho. Peguei um quarto triplo, sendo uma cama de casal e uma beliche. Subir na beliche é algo quase torturante: a escada machuca os pés, parece que estou pisando em um lego. No quarto havia toalhas para apenas 01 pessoa, embora a reserva fosse para duas (eles que erram e eu que ainda tive que descer para buscar). Na parte de conveniência, saibam que é absurdamente caro (comprei 02 cupnoodles, uma lata de refrigerante e uma longneck, dando o total de R$56,00 reais). Paguei pelo café da manhã: ATENÇÃO, não vale a pena! Uma padaria qualquer entregaria mais qualidade. O suco de uva parecia ser de pacotinho (oi? Na serra gaúcha essa vergonha?), pouca variedade, pães velhos, não tinha prato disponível, a geléia de morango não tinha gosto nem cheiro nem cara de algum teve algum morango ali, croissant horrível.
