When we arrived we felt a bit uncomfortable thinking it was just a home and we might be sharing amenities with others. We booked private room and that is what we had, super small with very tiny bathroom and no place to keep our clothes BUT it was super convenient, staff was extremely helpful and AC was coldest we found compared to any other hotels we have booked and it was quietest. House is well build. I would hear traffic in bathroom but I heard nothing in the roomz great place to stays

Initially, this was superb. Beautiful layout, view value for money. But it needs some operational tweaking for a return visit. Picking up on other reviews: Dorms should be single gender. Remove oppressive bed curtains as they imply need, creating bad atmosphere. Proximity to others, same gender, your own friends or family are only suitable options. I had two uncomfortable nights. Not booked into the requested room. Too much dependent on text, email, which didn't work . Very nice decoration. Terrific restaurant bar of same name across the road, very good staff, food . Good social areas could be good in winter IF the sleeping arrangements were corrected.
