We cannot say enough good about this place. This felt like a home away from home. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind, and they made our first experience in Portugal a great one. (Not to mention the convenient location too!) 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.

Great location, nice and central to the marina and old town (less than 10 mins walk). The interior is characterful and had recently been refurbished so everything was clean and fresh. In particular the bathroom was spotless and had a great shower. All the staff were great, particularly Rima the housekeeper - she was amazing, helpful and polite.

We had a big outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and it was a really nice relaxing place to hang out. The property is spread across two entrance doors, which I found a bit odd, but generally this is a great place to spend time in Faro. Sorry we missed the port tasting though!

We had a wonderful stay here while in Faro. The staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful and very accommodating. We arrived late and they were gaciosi enough to allow us a late check out as well. Our room was very nice, very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. I liked the nautical theme decor. The bed was so comfortable, lovely linens and towels, and we had a patio overlooking the pool. The room had a nice jacuzzi as well as lots of other toiletries, slippers and nice touches. We really enjoyed the stay here and highly, highly recommend opus one! Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walking to the historical center and marina and close to many shops and restaurants. Only 5 min from the train stations. So glad we decided to stay here. A great value for the price and a wonderful repriced from the hustle of Lisbon.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay! The staff are very attentive and are there to help in anyway. They are awesome!! When you leave for the day, on your return, the room is made up with fresh towels. The location is brilliant with everything close at hand and minutes away from historical sites, restaurants and transportation. It also has a small pool within a very private oasis in the rear of the small hotel/ guest house. We used this a few times after a busy day of exploring. There is breakfast on offer but we chose to eat out. All in all a fabulous place to stay for myself and my wife. We enjoyed Faro immensely and will definitely return in the future to do more exploring. We would stay again at this beautiful luxury guest house. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.
