Clean room in a recently remodeled hotel. Air conditioning was very strong and nice. Had a balcony view of the pool which always had people lounging. Very helpful staff and close to historic old town so very easy to walk everywhere.

We cannot say enough good about this place. This felt like a home away from home. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind, and they made our first experience in Portugal a great one. (Not to mention the convenient location too!) 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.

Fabulous quiet room with ensuite and terrace. Great breakfast personally prepared and served by a small team of friendly welcoming managers. Fast WiFi. Modest pool much appreciated in the central location. Easily walkable to the marina, railway, bus station and restaurants. Felt more like staying in a private villa than a hotel. Hope we can return there in future.

Had such a fantastic experience here! The staff are amazing and the space is absolutely gorgeous. I repeatedly extended my trip simply on the great vibes here, the only regret was not being able to schedule in the wine tasting and pairing. A perfectly valid reason to plan and come back to enjoy. Can’t say enough great things about it. :)

Great location, nice and central to the marina and old town (less than 10 mins walk). The interior is characterful and had recently been refurbished so everything was clean and fresh. In particular the bathroom was spotless and had a great shower. All the staff were great, particularly Rima the housekeeper - she was amazing, helpful and polite.

We had a big outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and it was a really nice relaxing place to hang out. The property is spread across two entrance doors, which I found a bit odd, but generally this is a great place to spend time in Faro. Sorry we missed the port tasting though!

This place is exceptional!! The staff and owners cannot do enough for you. The room was fabulous,with tasteful decor. It was was large with a lovely en suite shower room. The balcony was also an unexpected treat. Views were over a stunning garden with a pool. Everywhere was spotless. The breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Special mention to the loveliest person that is Rina. A wee gem. She really spoiled us. Pedro also great. Thank you everyone for making our Faro stay special. We will be back.

Booked for my husband and his friend and they sadly weren't there long as their flight in was delayed and it was only a one night stay. But communication about the late arrival was excellent , especially the video on how to get in after hours both into the hotel and into their rooms. If you need a place close to the airport , would highly recommend
